Our Breads
Our micro-bakery offers nourishing small batch sourdough breads on a weekly basis at 3 locations in our area: at the bakery here in Falls Village, Ilse Coffee in Canaan and The Norfolk Hub. We are always striving to incorporate local organic grains whenever possible. The best seasonal flavors are reflected in our changing menu of breads and baked goods.
Our Staple Sourdoughs
Pantry Sourdough: Our every day country loaf with organic wheat flour with an addition of freshly milled whole wheat.
Pain de Mie: A pullman loaf enriched with butter, honey and milk. Perfect for sandwiches…. your favorite grilled cheese & pb&j.
Cinnamon Raisin: Naturally sweet with freshly ground whole wheat flour.
Super Seeded: A hearty loaf packed with millet, sunflower seeds, pepitas, sesame seeds and topped with poppy seeds.
Focaccia: Light and chewy, topped with seasonal additions.
Baked goods including scones, biscuits, shortbreads, muffins, pies and galettes change weekly. *contact me directly for special orders.
